Chantal is a bilingual registered physiotherapist. She is also a Can-Fit-Pro certified personal trainer as well as a nutrition and wellness specialist.
Chantal graduated from Ottawa University as a physiotherapist in 1993. She has worked with the Ottawa Lacrosse teams as a physiotherapist and has also offered her physiotherapy services at rugby, gymnastics and soccer tournaments in Ottawa.
Chantal has joined the real you program to assist individuals in improving their physical condition, health and quality of life. Monitoring all the positive health changes of the participants of the real you program is extremely gratifying for Chantal and she particularly enjoys designing exercise programs for those who are interested in losing body fat, toning their muscles, reducing stress, increasing their energy, increasing their flexibility, normalizing their blood pressure and avoiding joint pain. She strives to provide her patients with exceptional client-centered service and is always striving for excellence in her work. Chantal knows that she is doing her job well when she hears her patients moan and groan!!
Chantal is personally committed to living a healthy and balanced lifestyle and enjoys any outdoor activities, cycling and volleyball. She has been a member of community fitness centres for over 15 years.

Beverley D. Burdeyney is living proof that being fit can lead to a healthier life. She is 66-year old Personal Exercise Coach who has a spina bifida – but you would never know it. She firmly believes that the aging process can be retarded.
Personal Exercises Coach - first declared P.E.C in Toronto- since l985, working one-on-one with Professional and Business individuals. 30+ experience in restoring, rejuvenating and restructuring bodies. First individual to teach “pelvic girdle stability technique - structure governs function”, now embraced by the fitness industry as “core stability”.
Fitness for the Links - President - Personal Golf Fitness - creating and implementing individually designed fitness programs for men and women.
A contributing fitness writer for various publications, including Financial Post, Canadian Woman Golf Magazine, Canadian Jewish News, 50Plus.com and CARP Action.
Ms. Burdeyney has appeared on TSN World of Golf by Acura with well known TV Commentator, Journalist and Author, Lorne Rubenstein. She has also recently appeared on CITY TV Breakfast Television.
